This early 2000’s brick build felt very dated and stuck in its era. We were commissioned to execute a complete renovation for the interior of the home, including the kitchen, laundry, multiple bathrooms, robes + flooring & painting.
The laundry renovation is in a long room with doors at either end, had joinery down the right side only. We took a bump out in the adjacent dining room to create space on the left side for another run of cabinetry, effectively doubling the available storage.
The left side now has shoe storage with seating area, coat hooks, storage behind doors & even an elevated cabinet for the cat litter to sit beneath. The stacker washing machine & dryer sits down the end with a long bench for folding to the side.
