Bathroom Renovation Spotlight

“We love the online schedule, it was great to know when things were happening especially as we weren’t living there.  We worried going into the reno if we would find it hard, but all your team made it so easy, we were informed of everything and everyone was great”

-Yarraville client

Our lovely client’s brief for this project was to get the most out of the space by rearranging the layout and switching room usage, whilst updating the look of the bathroom & ensuite and having an abundance of natural light flow throughout.  While the client chose to live away from home during the renovations, our team was onsite to commence works with demolition of walls and moving the layout around to accommodate an easier access to all amenities.

An existing layout of ensuite and bathroom/laundry space on the other side of an adjoining wall was re-configured and highlight windows were used to allow natural light to flow from both ensuite and into bathroom/laundry space; at once allowing for a sense of spaciousness and freshness.

A neutral palette was chosen for the terrazzo tiles (floor & walls) with the addition of pops of salmon & pale pink accessories, that punctuate the palette with added energy and vibrancy.  A beautiful vanity wrapped in Elegant Oak Melamine brings a softness and warmth to the rooms with it’s mid- toned timber finish while a classic Caesarstone tops off the vanity.

Natural light streams through the large windows and in both the bathroom and ensuite and both rooms are fitted with additional strip lighting which serve as task lighting and some added interest and mood.

The clients were thrilled with the final result and have found the bathroom and ensuite now match the extension of the rear of the house which itself, is filled with an abundance ofnatural sunlight, high ceilings and a beautiful outlook.
