The Inside Project were engaged to update the tired main bathroom, powder room and ensuite along with the dark, dated kitchen in this Yarraville home.
The existing spaces were quite compact with no scope to increase the footprint of the rooms. It was more about creating the illusion of space by introducing floating vanities, frameless glass screens and a light, bright, classic colour palette.
The clients had their eye on a few key feature pieces they wanted to incorporate into the spaces. Most notable a black vessel basin and Carrara marble feature tiles, that set the tone for the design.
The subtle colours of the tiles throughout have been off set, by the use of matt black fittings, tapware and framed mirrors.
The end result has been a fresher, brighter interior that will happily accommodate this growing family for years to come.
