Once you have had your In Home Consultation with one of our designers, they will present you with your bathroom quote that has been updated to suit your space. We then book in a Building Inspection with one of our Project Managers to confirm everything and lock in the price. Your designer will then issue you with an HIA Contract and other final documents including plans, a product schedule and a project scope.

We most definitely are. Our work is guaranteed for 10 years and the contract
we issue and abide by is standard as per the Housing Industry of Australia
(HIA). All projects $16K or more in value have mandatory warranty insurance
included which protects you the consumer in the case our builder becomes
insolvent, passes away or goes missing.
